Solfeggio – Food that resonates.

Middle Eastern Plate - best falafel I've ever had!

Our prayers have been answered.

Raw lemon and lavender cheesecake. Mmmm...

Raw lemon and lavender cheesecake. Mmmm…

Our dreams have come true.

Everybody, get ready to do your happy dance!

For a little gem has opened in the Sea to Sky. Pemberton has been blessed with Solfeggio.

Jointly owned and operated by Alta Bistro owner and his wife, Edward and Gosia Dangerfield, and pro-skiers Kristi Richards and Mark Abma, Solfeggio opened earlier this summer, much to the delight of Sea to Sky food lovers who have been waiting so patiently for somewhere like this to come along.

The menu caters to all tastes, and is full of local, organic and nutrient-rich food. The majority of dishes are plant-based and gluten free, with some raw dishes as well (note: meat/fish also served). Juices and smoothies are on the menu too, to fill you with nourishment and happiness. They also have an amazing selection of to-die-for raw desserts!

Make sure your phone is charged when you come because you’ll want to instagram, facebook and tweet everything about this place. The food isn’t just delicious, but it’s beautifully prepared and presented too, and the décor in the restaurant is both inspiring and soothing. Once you’ve been here you will want to come again and again.

We will be organizing a dine-out at Solfeggio in the fall so keep an eye on our facebook page for the details!

In the meantime, head up to Pemberton and check out the delights of Solfeggio for yourselves…or just give yourself food envy by following their facebook page.
