Veganomican – Book review by Natasha Mauger

A big thank you to Natasha Mauger for this book review of one on of her favourite recipe books, Veganomican by Moskowitz and Romero. Tash is a regular at our potlucks and her dishes are always delicious!

This is one of my ‘go-to’ references for making something special. They have a great moussaka recipe which I make if I have special visitors coming and 12920930_10153486443591623_126934410_n.jpgwant to treat them to something they’ve probably never had, and show them that I have made an effort.

The pistachio and rosewater cookies are also absolutely delicious and something that you can’t find in the grocery stores.

There is a huge selection of snacks, brunch, salads, sandwiches, side dishes, soups, casseroles, one-pot wonders, pasta, breads, cakes and desserts; something for every food-need and none of the recipes are that complicated to make but they all taste divine.
