Whistler Cornucopia Loves Veggies!
In previous years it has been tough to find veg-friendly options at Cornucopia, Whistler’s Celebration of Wine and Food that takes place every November. But not this year! Cornucopia showed us the veggie love and then some. With the addition of Nourish, Cornucopia added talks and lunches that included vegan and raw food, and they were awesome. With local health and plant-based food experts like Gerson Therapist Nicolette Richer (owner of The Green Moustache) and raw food chef Merina Koly we were able to learn from people who are so passionate and knowledgeable about food and health. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn and connect with like minded people.
And then there was the Aristan Market in the final weekend of Cornucopia. Entry was free and there were a number of local and Vancouver vendors. The market was so full of delicious and nutritious vegan and raw delights! If you didn’t make it to the market this year make sure you go next year.
Thank you Cornucopia for making this such a great event for raw, veg*n and veg-curious folks this year! We had a blast and are looking forward to next year already.
Below are some photos from some of the events. If you have any to add, please send them my way.
