Spokes Bike Café in Squamish includes vegan options! (Post updated)
Correction: I had initially been informed this was an all-vegetarian café but have just learnt that they do serve meat, although they are mostly vegetarian. My apologies for the misinformation.
Squamish is fast becoming a destination for vegetarian and vegan dining, with The Crabapple Café offering a new Meatless Monday menu and now the opening of Spokes Bike Café.
Spokes Bike Café has lots of vegan and vegetarian options, including delicious vegan baked goods! Offering smoothies, coffee, baked goods and veg meals, Spokes is sure to fast become a favourite for locals, and visitors to Squamish. Situated just off the highway it’s a perfect location for those of us heading to or from Whistler to stop for a delicious bite.
